vegetable sandwich


Nice and healthy simple vegetable sandwich recipe.


·         red, green and yellow bell peppers

·         onion

·         yellow squash

·         zucchini

·         vinegar

·         chili flakes

·         mixed herbs

·         broccoli, cut into florets


Vegetable sandwich Process

1.    Trim the broccoli.

2.    Grill the bell peppers/capsicum, zucchini on both sides. Brush with olive oil and
sprinkle herbs.

3.    Marinate the grilled vegetables with vinegar, chili flakes, mixed herbs the mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
